The following is the normal curriculum for learning that all anger is value based and appropriate; that is, it is appropriate
to get angry when one perceives that they are demeaned. The question is therefore not whether one should be angry but
what you do with your anger that makes you into a great leader, a poor leader or someone who must be fired. As learning
how to make anger your friend can be learned and has been by many people, no one should ever be fired. The real goal is
to make them into a good or great leader.
