                    High School to College Students

Increased Student’s Self-awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Critical Thinking.

I invited Dr. Edward Santana-Grace, PhD, to coach a group of 24, predominately Latino high school students in coordination with my MAPS 4 College program.  His Life Transforming Habits program coached strategies and skill sets that increased the student’s self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. His approach provided students a gateway to become successful both in college and life. All the students who participated in the joint program are about to graduate from prestigious universities. The students and I thank Dr. Santana-Grace for his program, coaching and support.  Sarai Koo, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of MAPS 4 College, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that prepares students to graduate from high school, attend and graduate from college, and secure careers aligned with their passion and purpose. 2013

People of any back ground are helped with this system to find a more stable and friendly lifestyle.

This course would truly be an asset to any educational institution.  I think it would greatly help some Claremont High School students as well.  It promotes good values and ways of communicating positively.  I know it helped me in centering and self-understanding as well as seeing the motives of others and finding a way to deal with negative situations with greater compassion and dignity.
I believe that Dr Edward Santana-Grace has compiled a helpful and balanced system of insight and leadership.  His program is politically and religiously neutral.  People of any back ground can be helped with this system to find a more stable and friendly lifestyle.  It teachers the principles of emotional awareness and motivational behavior.  This course is also good for persons questioning and clarifying ideas.
I believe that the leadership tools given in the course can aid an individual to promote health in a meaningful way. It can enrich one’s understanding of meaningful relationship and help the people relate in the workplace and at school.  Sean Hughes, Student at Claremont High School, 2006;  University of Redlands, CA, 2011, currently a composer and opera singer. His testimony is from 2006 before his graduation.

Through refined skill sets, LTH coaches in detail how to apply the training to our daily lives.

This course/class/program (whichever you want to call it) has been extremely helpful for me.  It is intellectually stimulating, insightful, wise and practical.  I have been able to connect many of the ideas and stories I have learned and heard in my life with my experiences as well as with many success tips and scientific ideas I have absorbed.
The class is comprehensive, encompassing and drawing from fields a diverse as neurology and business, psychology and physics.  Dr. Santana-Grace deftly explains how they all relate and coaches us in detail through concrete skill sets how to apply these into our daily lives.  I greatly enjoy the class, and I recommend it to all!  Josh Curtis, Senior at Claremont High School, CA, 2006;   UC Berkley, 2010, currently with Charboost, previously worked at Google and Sales Force. His testimony is from 2006 before his graduation.
