                         Couple Feedback on Sharon's Coaching

I think my husband would agree with me when I say that the Life Transforming Habits tools taught us by Sharon  have been super helpful in our marriage.  We never felt like she would judge us in any way and have full trust that she has our best interest in mind for us.  [See The Five Rules for LTH Coaches on the Home Page]

If they weren't there to ask some tough questions, I think the same topics discussed alone would've caused misunderstandings and a fight.  Having her there as a LTH Coaches really made us think deep within ourselves to think about our spouse instead of only ourselves.

We still have our moments in miscommunication but we have made big strides because we now understand each other's patterns and inner desires more.

Appreciating each other has also really strengthened us because we acknowledge each other's efforts in our marriage.  We are still working on the visions and values because we are still trying to align some of our thoughts.  [Wife, June 2016.]

I think my wife summed it up very well. I specifically want to touch on is the importance of E-Listening.  Listening in this new way taught in LTH has really opened my eyes in understanding one another. Sometimes we say things in anger or frustration. We usually don't mean it.   But it's hard to find the root of it all without first decoding this initial response. It has given me another valuable tool in understanding my partner and being aware of my own tendencies.

We always feel comfortable with Sharon. She is a person who really want to share the wisdom that she has received from Life Transforming Habits.  I'm comforted that I can rely on her.  [Husband, June 2016.]

E-Listening is a core component of E-Communication, which is integral to Life Transforming Habits

The names of the couple have not been given. However, I have permission to share with those who might wish to verify their witness for purposes of making a decision for themselves.  [Sharon Kim,  President of CREST [Continuous Relationship, Education, and Skills Training.]
