Note of CAUTION if you are already REGISTERED.  

If you see “LOG IN | REGISTER” rather than "MY ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the home page,  click on the "LOG IN | REGISTER"  link. But then you must BE VERY CAREFUL because after you click on the link, it will take you to a box where you will see at the top: “LOG IN” | “REGISTER”.   MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON “LOG IN”.   It is like a toggle switch and the default is to "REGISTER". 

If by mistake you do click on REGISTER, it will take you to register. DON’T RE-REGISTER!  Just go back and click on LOG IN.
