This program helps greatly with becoming aware of the unconscious, internal reactions that affect our interactions with others as ministry leaders. It helps build more positive family relations as well, which certainly makes one a more focused, centered leader.
Karen Sapio, Pastor, Claremont Presbyterian Church (CPC), Claremont CA
The class is full of never ending surprises even for one who thinks they know it all already. It is a very real experience in which you, as a participant, can bring your current life issues. It weaves together so many threads of approaches from psychology, leadership, science, spirituality, Christ and common sense that it actualizes help and healing in one’s life. The class also creates a forum to present your life issues in a community of support, while reflecting and working out life issue. It gives deeper meaning to the gospel. It is an essential program for every church.

I have learned that leadership is primarily about self-awareness and self control. The program is holistic and loving. I still have so much to learn. Although the principles are truly basic, that does not mean they are easy to implement; there is just so much yet to master. Self management is a huge lifetime challenge and in faith it is a doable task.
