My Hope For You
Now that you have finished your CALMS training and have personalized all your CALMS workbook exercises, you will hopefully grow in confidence that, with continual practice, you will be among those who do bring calm, thoughtful decision-making into the anxiety-driven world around you. You will become the calm, centered, thoughtful person as well as a resilient problem solver; be it in the workplace, at home or in the community.
I know that as CALMS become your habit, more serene, thoughtful decision-making will become a character trait and you will positively and calmly effect more and more people for the better and emerge as a sought after leader.
CALMS is an important part of what great leadership is all about. Leadership in Partnership.
Thank you again,
Edward
