Publications, Programs and Creations

Edward holds a BA in Philosophy, three postgraduate degrees and a PhD, he is the CEO and Founder of the Santana-Grace Institute, dedicated to “Leadership in Partnership and Character Development”. He is also the creator of REPRIT Pedagogy (Reversing Experiential Physiology by Reversing Interpretive Thoughts, 1998). Edward is the creator and master coach of Life Transforming Habits, a program to help people, self-engineer their thinking processes and refine their Core Value and Life Vision.

Ground Zero is an experiential process that makes children, teens and adults alike aware of their self-power. “Yes, you can; you just experienced that you can.” Amazingly, without any adaptations to the basic exercises in Ground Zero, children in second grade to professionals in Wall Street corporations have been made aware of their self-power. In other words, the coached exercises in Ground Zero create a universally-verifiable, experiential awareness of self-power in all those who have a minimum level of self-reflection. Once aware, each person can claim that self-power and take up responsibility for who they are and in achieving who they want to become.

CALMS, TRADING and CHANGES:

CALMS coaches one on how to live calmly in anxious times and how to transform anxiety into problem solving serenity.
TRADING coaches one on how to Make Anger Their Friend by managing anger’s power for good and to advance one’s Life Vision and Values.
CHANGES coaches one on how to change hopeless, energy-depleting thinking into hope-filled, energy-producing thoughts and pondered, long-term planning.

Potential Savings to Every Sector of Society: $100,000,000,000s (hundreds of billions) of local, state, federal, private insurance, corporate, small business, family and personal dollars are spent each year due to a lack of training in and the effective employment of just these three skills. And this does not include the loss of productivity to businesses of all sizes nor the more dramatic, negative impact on children and families. And, then, you must add in the high number of altercations, brutal batteries and murders due to a lack of training in TRADING. Cost to the judicial system and the cost of incarnation have not been factored in.

REPRIT Pedagogy is an elegantly simple, extraordinarily effective pedagogical tool to create immediate experiential awareness of the profound effects of one’s Interpretative Thought (IT) on one’s physiology.  REPRIT Pedagogy uses the new self-awareness it creates in the participants to lead them to understand clearly that it is in their own best interest to take up 100% responsibility for:
(1) the Interpretive Thoughts they let guide them, (2) their actions and (3) their communication (words, facial expressions, body language and tonality of voice)
. REPRIT has been utilized successfully—achieved its objectives--in the coaching of children, teens and adults alike. [See link to Medical Professionals]

REST (Relationship Education and Skills Training - 2001) was Edward’s first, empirical, skill-based, REPRIT-engineered program and included his cutting-edge communication and conflict resolution skill, E-Communication, as well as the innovative Negotiated Timeout and other partnerships building skills. He first taught it nationally at Smart Marriages (2003, Sparks, Nevada) as MFEST (Marriage and Family Education and Skills Training.)

This ground breaking program
has since been expanded and refined and utilized to create the basic training workbooks:  (1) Vitalized Leadership (2008) - for business leaders and those in other secular and faith-based leadership positions;  (2) The Heart of Character—Winning the Inner Debate (2009) – for teens and young adults. In slightly modified form, it has also been successful taught in elementary schools to second graders and up;  (3) Making Love a Habit (2007) - for couples, parents and families. (4) Life-Transforming Habits (2012) – a vastly expanded and refined workbook. Its innovations will be integrated into all the other workbooks.

Constant refinement
of all its innovative materials puts the Santana-Grace Institute on the cutting edge of “leadership in Partnership" training and coaching” and the foremost creator of effective, highly engineered, Interpretive Thought processes that lead to real, habit changing, life skills as reflected and refined in Ground Zero, CALMS, E-Communication, CHANGES, TRADING,
and the Negotiated Timeout as well as Vision & Values and STANDS,
